What to pack for your holiday – 3 quick tips to help you out

Are you wondering what to bring with you during your next holiday? Have you got so much to pack and very little luggage space to put it all in? Then we’ve got a few tips to help you out:

  1. Decide what you will do while on holiday – As simple as that sounds, believe me when I tell you that it’s a challenge that faces a lot of travelers: deciding what to do while on holiday. The challenge usually comes from the way we are hard-wired to think so that when you start planning for your holiday, your brain automatically figures that since you are going to be taking a break, it may as well “rest” from thinking tasks – including deciding what to do on holiday.

So what to do? Just decide – bite the bullet and plan what you will do whiling away your time.

  2. Pack light – Yep! You read that right. Even if you are going to a 12 day expedition to the Andes, do not, I repeat, do not, carry everything you own. It will simply overwhelm you packing and unpacking when you reach your destination – simple as that.
  3. Have all your essentials in a neat little side bag – Whether we are talking any official documents or medication, make sure all your essentials are in a carry-on that you can easily take with you.

So there you have it, some 3 quick tips to help you know what to pack for your next holiday.
